Training Courses

This course teaches you how to use SOLIDWORKS mechanical design automation software to build parametric models of parts and assemblies, and how to make drawings of those parts and assemblies. The course runs for 4 days usually split into two parts over two weeks.

2 Days – This course will teach you how to use multibody solids, sweeping and lofting features, and the more advanced shaping capabilities of SOLIDWORKS.

2 Days – Learn how to maximise your use of the assembly modelling capabilities of SOLIDWORKS including “Top-Down” assembly modelling and managing large assemblies.

2 Days – This course teaches you how to build sheet metal parts using SOLIDWORKS. Covering building standalone sheet metal parts and converting conventional parts to sheet metal, including in-assembly context.

2 Days – Learn how to build freeform shapes using SOLIDWORKS.

1 Day – Usually taken in conjunction with the Sheet Metal training you will learn how to create welded structures with standard structural members. Weld beads are also covered.

3 Days – This course teaches you how to make detailed drawings of SOLIDWORKS parts and assemblies.
